World Mental Health Day 2025

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, the Pancyprian Association for Psychotherapists had the opportunity to participate in an event on access to mental health services for people exposed to disasters and other emergencies.

The event was organized by the Committee for the Supervision and Protection of the Rights of Mentally Ill Patients, the Cyprus Psychiatric Association and the University of Nicosia.

Dr. Petros Antoniou, Psychiatrist - Psychotherapist and member of the Pancyprian Association for Psychotherapists participated in the event with the presentation “Psychotherapeutic approaches, the psychotherapist in Cyprus today and realities. The future of psychotherapy in Cyprus: man or machine”.
