IPEAC: New Member Organisation and accredited Psychotherapy Training Programme

We are delighted to welcome a new Member Organisation and a newly accredited Psychotherapy Training Programme in Cyprus, implemented by the Institute for the Person-Centred and Experiential Approach (I.Π.Β.Π. / I.P.E.A.C.).

The training programme will start in October 2026 and will be delivered exclusively in Cyprus under its Director, the distinguished psychotherapist and trainer Sophia Papoutsi. The programme will be conducted in person and will be enriched by the contribution of experienced and recognised trainers from Cyprus and other European countries.

The Pancyprian Association of Psychotherapists continues its ongoing efforts to ensure high standards of professional training and to promote methodological diversity within the field of mental health services. The principles and philosophy of Person-Centred Psychotherapy, founded by Carl Rogers, constitute a cornerstone of humanistic psychology and have made a significant contribution to the development of psychotherapeutic theory, education, and practice.
