Anthia Christodoulou Theofilou is a qualified Person-Centred-Psychotherapist and Counsellor. She is a professional member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a member of the European Association for Psychotherapists (EAP) and a founding member of the Cyprus Association for Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counselling (CAPCP). Concurrently, she specializes in psychotherapy and play therapy for children and teenagers, and EMDR trauma therapy for adults, teenagers, and children. She works as a psychotherapist in Limassol at the Personal Development and Self-Awareness Centre, ‘Gia tin Ithaki’, which she directs. Anthia also holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Health Psychology and has qualified as Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders England (NCFED). In her spare time, she is an amateur artist and part-time writer, and she regards these arts as her personal forms of psychotherapy.
